Saving humanity is one thing that should top the priority list of both individuals and countries. It does not matter how, but the ultimate goal should be how do we best improve longevity and reduce mortality.
If we had the power to eradicate any one of those diseases (just one) which one would you prefer to see go away? Describe your opinion. |

One disease that has become a menace to the existence of humanity is the presence of CANCER in the league of sicknesses. Cancer is one ailment that has wasted so many lives. During the early times, when it was newly diagnosed, it was perceived as that which was incurable.
At present, though there is relatively good progress in the treatment of cancer, it remains one deadly to humanity that needs to go away. It comes unannounced and when it does, we cannot say this is its place of occurrence. In some cases, what determines how long a patient can live is determined by the place of infection.
It has killed highly placed individuals irrespective of their financial status, influence, and first-class exposure to health facilities. The average and low class are easily swept off without recourse. It is indeed a disease that does more harm.to humanity than others due to its terminal nature mostly.

I have a couple of direct relatives, close ones, and others I have seen who suffered from incidences of cancer. No one would want this for his enemy no matter how little. It is a devastating disease that does no mercy for its victims.
I have seen the most common cancer type in men which is prostrate kill a close relative. It comes with lots of complications to the body system when it starts festering around. From difficult urinating to urinating blood, and other system failures.
How about the popular breast cancer?in women? Another unfortunate incident that starts like a joke disastrous thereafter if not nibbed from the board on time. I have close ones who are survivors of this because of their early catch.
Do you think the world would be a much better place if that disease did not exist? |

The world would be a better place for everyone if this aliment ceased to exist. It would be a much habitable place for humanity. The ailment has so far dealt with the sanity and psyche of its survivors and victims.
For instance, according to the World Bank in 2018, the same ailment "Cancer" is termed the second cause of human exit from the earth (deaths). It is already estimated that it has an annual estimated death figure of about 10 million persons. This is about 1 death in every recorded 6 deaths that happen.
Imagine this figure rescued from the hands of death yearly. Our loved ones, families, and friends are saved because of its eradication.

Saludos amigo el cáncer es una terrible enfermedad que si no se diagnóstica a tiempo pasa a ser algo mortal para el paciente que la padece, pero si se descubre temprano hay la posibilidad de ganar la batalla, lo peor del caso es que todos nacemos con estas células cancerígenas pero sería fabuloso que estas células no estuvieran en nuestro cuerpo y así podamos vivir felices

Congratulations! Your post has been upvoted through steemcurator08.I agree that cancer according to statistical data has become second most common cause of deaths due to morbidities as well as not everyone recover from cancer although chemotherapy and radiotherapy are available as it's treatment.

yes you are right that cancer has wasted so many lives. And it is also very danger in these days also. Some time ago, we heard that one or two person casue the disease of cancer, but now there are many who are in our relatives who cause cancer and also waste their lives There are less people who can survive.
