Sports are in every aspect of our life. In fact, we do sports without realizing it, even when we are working, lying down or even sleeping. But your body is shaped according to the type of sport you do. People also do sports while working. If he has an active job, this increases the calories he burns. For those who work at a computer, this is a little more limited. In this post, I will tell you about my gym, which is the place where we can do more professional sports apart from these sports.

I'm happy to discover new communities on steemit. Because I meet new people with the article I write for new communities. It makes me really happy that my articles are readable around the world. This will be my first post in the community. Although I have a lot of experience in scouting and camping, I will make my first post on sports. Because I did some research in the community. I saw that the theme on Tuesday was sports. I didn't want to go out of this. 😊

Let me briefly introduce myself to you. I am a 29 year old Married Electronics Engineer. I live in Turkey. I go to a gym that has many branches where I live. The name of this gym is Macfit.

There are many trainers in this gym. When you first register, they take the necessary measurements from you. They create a program for you according to your weight and fat ratio. Of course, they first ask you what you want. He wants to build muscle. There are people who want to lose weight. I'm a little belly. That's why I'm here. 😊 In the next program, the trainer shows you how to do the movements correctly. Meanwhile, he always controls you while making the moves.

There are lots of people here. Macfit you see in the photos is Turkey's largest branch. You don't have to wait in line because you have more than one tool to use. Generally, you can use the tool you want immediately. It is actually an undesirable situation for gyms to be so crowded. Because ventilation and cleaning is a very serious issue. But they have overcome this very well. They have eliminated this problem with the continuous working and huge ventilation system. The cleaners are always active. Hygiene is very well maintained here.

They did not forget about us while doing sports or resting. Water and energy drinks are available in these counters. With the cards given to you, you can read and buy the product you want. But there is a limit on the card in your hand. When you exceed this limit, you cannot buy any product from here.

Sometimes these machines break down and we are dehydrated. In this case, they cannot find a solution immediately. It has some shortcomings in this regard.

There are informative articles for us in front of sports equipment. Here he shows you how to do the sports move you will do. In cases where you do not understand, you can still ask the instructors for help. In addition, you can see which part of your body is effective. It is very important to pay attention to the golden rule. Because wrong actions cause injury.

You may want to use tools that were not initially recommended to you. For this, you can try that movement together for a short time by asking the trainer for help. The more sports equipment you have in the gym, the more advantageous it is for you. Because the areas in your body that you can develop are increasing.

If you want to prepare a program yourself, there is also a phone application. After downloading this application, you list the movements you want in the application. It tells you how long and how many sets to do. Planning is always very important.

This is my favorite place in my gym. There is half a basketball court inside the gym. It's good for us to have fun. Also, running and jumping are great cardio moves. Sometimes the numbers increase and group matches are held here. There are some very good basketball players. These basketball games are very competitive. It also gives you the opportunity to sit and watch when you are very tired.

Also, treadmills and exercise bikes overlook the basketball court. Watching the game here while running on the treadmill makes you forget how time flies. I stay in the gym for about 2 hours, but I don't understand how fast time passes.

If you do not do sports, your whole body will ache when you do it for the first time. But if you continue to do sports, you will realize that you are more vigorous in the coming days.
