It's unfortunate you missed that great opportunity , it would have been free for you, but now you will have to pay huge amount of money to achieve that goal of learning the English language.
Maybe you can take a chance now, you could learn it through this blog and maybe get acquinted with one of the English speakers here, I believe they can help you to learn faster.
