Have you ever heard about ponzi schemes?

Yes, I have heard of Ponzi schemes, it is a money making scheme in which investors are lured into making huge profits, and because we all humans are creatures of greed. We want to see our money flourish. We want to become rich overnight, and to take advantage of our greedy nature, many dishonest fraudsters create such Ponzi bogus schemes and trap us in their dreams.

And they loot our hard earned money every penny through their vicious schemes. And the poor investor remains cheated. In my country also, there was a flood of such schemes a few years ago, and in these schemes, poor investors deposited their money in the lure of huge interest, but they did not even get the principal amount back. Now the Reserve Bank of India of our country has banned such schemes and has made a provision to give strict punishment to those who do so.

Have you been offered to invest in any of these schemes?

Yes, about 25 years ago, a scheme was run by an eminent person of our country to double the wealth in 30 months, and several hundred thousand people invested in this scheme and the cunning person running this scheme gave money to the initial investors. It was doubled and given, and these same investors started giving wide publicity to it and also re-invested their double money.

Someone also made me its agent by telling me the benefits of this scheme and lured me that if I make a new investor, I will get 25 percent of the invested amount as commission. I liked this proposal very much and started working in it. In those days my friend circle was very big and people believed in me a lot.

Therefore, within a week I collected around Rs 400-500 thousand. But I had not yet deposited this amount in the account of that bogus Ponzi schemer company. Then recently, when I was explaining the scheme to another investor, he told me that they have embezzled the money of many people, so I have no intention of investing in this company.

Hearing his words, my conscience told me that all these investors had trusted me and handed over their hard-earned money to me, if they were defeated then I would also be punished for it or I would be guilty of sin. That's why I took the decision to return everyone's money the very next day and severed ties with the company. All my friends thanked me.

Yes, I know it very well, when a scheme lures us with huge profits then understand that this scheme is a Ponzi and a bogus scheme. But then again it has to be said that a person's mind is filled with greed and he wants more money without doing anything. This mentality is often taken advantage of by such national and international schemers.

Do you think Steemit is a ponzi scheme?

I don't think at all that Steemit is a Ponzi scheme, how can Steemit be a Ponzi scheme, it has never asked us to deposit any money ?

Steemit has not given us any greed. In this, whatever amount we have earned as a reward is deposited safely and we are also giving interest on it as per their rules, according to the rising and falling nature of the market price.

The price of Steem keeps increasing and your balance also keeps decreasing. Remains. But there have not been many ups and downs in the market for a long time. I have full confidence in the credibility of steemit.
