54° CONCURSO 300 PALABRAS. Cuéntame, ¿Por qué debería contratarte?

Greetings to all the members of the #Scouts y sus amigos and all our friends. This is my participation in The dynamic 300 Words edition N°54 organized by my wise and dear friend @fjjrg . This information has reached me a little late.

And I am very shy to say that the organizers have not made it clear what their desired qualifications and requirements are for this job, but still I am assuming that they need a trained person with my knowledge, educational qualifications and my skill area. And hence I will share my qualities to be considered in your organisation.

First of all I would like to tell them that I have done my post graduation in 2 subjects Social Sciences and Business Management, besides I have done one year special management training in Hospital Management. My speciality in Business Management was Human Resource. And in this way, I will prove to be very suitable for your institution as an expert for human management.

With the skill of my hospital management specialist training, I will make a successful effort to keep the hospital of your institution ready for inspection by any authority at all times by fulfilling the required standards.

Such as bio-medical waste, radioactive radiation management, operation theatre modernization management, arrangement of pure drinking water, establishment of patient advice centers, management of signboards, maintenance of necessary facilities in emergency department and training of staff, modernization of laundry services, availability of ultra-modern testing machines in pathology department, management of shelter home for the night guests of patients, development of parks for natural greenery in the hospital area. And I will manage them according to all the standards of the hospital.

I will arrange for providing all the requirements of all the doctors, paramedical staff and other subordinate staff on time, arrange for depositing their monthly salaries in their bank accounts on time, take care of the necessary materials, medicines and comprehensive cleanliness arrangements of the hospital.

I will adopt a polite, cordial and cooperative attitude towards the patients visiting the hospital, their relatives and the hospital officials. And I will also keep my other senior administrative officers completely satisfied with my work behavior and conduct. And I will also train all the skilled and unskilled medical personnel from time to time to give them cooperation in the best management of the hospital.

I also want to inform that I have successful experience of doing such work for about 25 years.

I not only hope but have full faith that in view of my qualifications and my experiences, I will definitely be appointed on this job.
