While answering the question do I play lottery, first of all I have to answer no. Now it will also be necessary to throw light on the reasons for not playing lottery.

Anyway, my thinking is that money obtained through any lottery, gambling, or by chance is like an addiction, the real money is the one for which we work hard to earn.

A person always spends the money he gets unexpectedly in wrong deeds and in bad company. On the contrary, he always spends his hard-earned money thoughtfully.

I feel that playing the lottery is not trying one's luck, rather it is a foolish act of luring one into handing over part or all of one's hard-earned money to the lottery organisers.

And the most important thing is that the organizers of the lottery encourage the lottery player to play further by giving him some small prize to maximize his money. And the lottery player becomes addicted to lottery playing in an obsessive state.

In my country, till some 20-25 years ago, lotteries were organized by many states. Millions of people across the country took part like crazy in these lotteries and spent a large part of their earnings in it.

Barely half percent of the people would get the reward and the families of the rest had to face shortage of money.

Many people sold their everything due to its addiction but due to not getting the reward, they became frustrated and disappointed and even lost their lives.

Suicidal tendencies started appearing among the people and our government had to ban these lotteries after reports of the same started coming in from various places.

A large community that ran the lottery business also opposed this ban, appealing against this decision to the Supreme Court. But the Supreme Court also justified the government's decision keeping in mind the public interest.

And thus there was a complete stop to lotteries in our country. Now in our country, if someone indulges in lottery, gambling, betting or is involved in gambling, the government takes action against him. Because in our country there is now a complete ban on gambling, lottery, betting etc.
