It is with great pleasure that I join in the participation of this week's engagement challenge. We are in week 2 of the challenge and I'm delighted to start my entry for this season with this noble community. The topic is unique and I will be sharing my opinion about it. Let's get started.

Do you believe in dreams? |

Yes, I believe so much in dreams though not all dreams come to pass. As a Christian and a learned person I know that most times before anything happens to us physically, it must be revealed through dreams by God. Dream me is an important aspect of everyone's life because that is the only means through which sometimes we see a scenario before they happen.
In the Bible, we are told that a young man named Josepha had a dream that change his destiny forever. He saw everyone bowing down to him as the youngest of his parents including the father and then he told the brothers and the parents about the story out of jealousy they wanted to cut short the dream without knowing that they are pushing him to it completely.
So, I believe so much in dreams. As I have said earlier, most times the dream comes true whereas sometimes it doesn't. But dreams always give us an idea of how the entire happening will take place even before the period of the incident.
How often do you have dreams? |

I hardly have dreams. Anytime I dream, that thing surely will come to pass. Most times I stay a week or even a month without any dreams. But anytime I dream of anything, that thing will come to the fulfilment it may not be immediately but it will surely come to fulfilment.
I guess my dream life is designed in that manner because having many dreams and some not coming to fulfilment may cause me to inter use them as one. So for that inter-switch not to work, I only dream when it is necessary or when the dream is something that is designed to happen.
Do you remember easily what you dream about? |

Yes, I remember everything I dream about very easily. I was taught in one of my mentorship programs to always have a book and a pen beside me when I sleep so that any thought that comes or dream that I have I can easily pen down.
This has been my practice for the past 7 years now and that has become part of me. This helps me to have a detailed overview of the entire dream I have and whenever the said incident begins to happen, I go to my dream book and check the outcome of the scenario and eventually every time, it happens as I have written.
What has been your strangest dream? |

My strangest dream was the dream I had about the attack on our barracks a year after my mentorship program. I was still young and naive and didn't know much hence I never understood the dream at that point.
It was a great attack by the Boko Haram members who came at about 1:00 a.m, the soldiers are mostly outside for patrol and they came from behind and attacked our barracks. I had this dream and I was praying about it but couldn't share it with anyone because I don't know how to start explaining it.

It happened on that fateful day exactly the way I dreamt it. They came in the morning and started setting places on fire. People were running and confused but I told my parents and siblings that they won't reach our house because the soldiers are already on their way. My parent wanted to go out but I locked the door and hid the key. I asked them to remain silent and we will be safe and that is what happened on that day.
Have you had the same dream several times? |

No. Since the incident took place, I have never had such a dream again. As I have earlier said, my dreams always come true and that is the reason why I don't dream easily. I have never seen such an attack in my dream again and it has never happened again since the last incident.
I guess it's because things of this nature are not happening again due to the security in the country and my area at the moment. In summary, I hardly have similar dreams on several occasions except if the dream is not clear enough.

The dream is a fundamental factor in everyone's life because it is a means through which the physical communicates the spirit. You will agree with me that before anything happens physically, it must have been controlled in the spirit world. So the dream is a gateway through which we can access the plans for the future. I want to invite a few friends to also join the contest. I invite @sualeha, @petface, @inspiracion and @lavanyalakshman to present their entry for the contest if they have not done that.
Of a truth, the physical realm is controlled by the spiritual. That is why, people that live their lives just like always fall victim of circumstances.
That your dream was indeed a revelation, guess what the attack was not severe because you had been praying about it from the day you saw it in your dream. Else, it would have been disastrous.

You have presented a nice write-up about the given topic. I myself also believe in dreams, but am also scared of strange dreams that can't be interpreted. Dreams usually happen to us when we are sleeping. It can be a positive or negative message that they reveal to us. I wish you success.

I agree with your point of view about dream reality sometimes things may reveal in dreams before its happening. You had believed in dream like most of people these are not days thought but its part of subconscious of brain which revealed us sbout future happening to some extent.

Los sueños son increíbles siempre y cuando sean sueños agradables, al igual que tu también creo mucho en los sueños, muchas veces se nos presentan para prevenirnos de algo malo que nos puede suceder, yo le tengo miedo a mis sueños porque así como tú no sueño con frecuencia, pero cuando sueño se me cumple.

It is nice to have read your opinions on dreams, i personally don't believe in dreams, although when I were younger I used to be scared of night mare.

You have written so well in the entry. You strange dream is really a nightmare and I am glad it has not occured after that period. Dreams as you explained are the only avenue someone uses to see a scenario before it happens. I am glad you understood the topic and shared your entry too. Que hermosa la historia bíblica que Compartes acerca de José, sin duda un gran soñador y a su vez Dios le otorgo el don de interpretar también los sueños, e incluso interpreto el sueño del Faraón.
