INTRODUCTION
Lord I thank you for you always be with me even in the bad moment. You are faithful to us even as most a times we are not faithful to you. I thank the steemitblog for bringing such an idea. I will also like to thank all the moderators and administrators in the @ScoutsysusAmigos community for bringing such a contest for everyone to their hands on it. I also like to thank all steemians most especially those from ghana for their support and help, I really appreciate everyone for your effort. This an opportunity to share with you about what I can write about. They include gari and beans which is the first, about the current school that I worked in and last but not the least about Techiman market. Let us take our time and read it.
This is another opportunity to share with you my favorite activity. The picture below is about a local food. This food is one of the popular food in my country. And it is a food of those in Volta Region of Ghana and it can be eaten everywhere. Because their ingredients can be found in every part of this world. The name of this food is gari and beans, in the local language. Gari is mostly made from cassava with a long process. This food is also known as saver, because it has to remove hunger from our country. That is a mixture of gari, beans and either red oil or other cooking oils. These food can be prepared in our home and also can be bought from outside. It can also be taken during morning, afternoon and evening. But mostly it is always taken in the afternoon, because of carbohydrates and the oil in it, it helps those who work to work effectively. One advantage about this food is that takes a very long time before it digest and because of that is has been a lot of people favorite. And it is very easy to prepare and very affordable when you are buying the ingredients. The only disadvantage about this food that is always get harden when you leave for sometimes after missing it.
These are the pupils from Issa, Daffiama, Bussie in the Upper West Region of Ghana, and I will like to speak about it. I came to these town around January when I was posted by the Ghana Education Service.The school that you see are the pupils from Issa, the school is called Issa Roman Catholic school. And the district consist of different town combine together. And the school was established in the year 1957. And it was only school in the town per my investigation. Since this place is a district call and also circuit head. Many things and activity is mostly hosted by our school. The school was first in the independent day matching competition. The school has nice classroom blocks. But unfortunately there are only five teachers in the school. And we have about getting to 400 pupils in the school. I have many to say about the school but time will not permit me.
This is Techiman market, it is one of the biggest market in west Africa. The market can be found in Techiman in Bono East Capital of Ghana. The market is located in the middle of Techiman town. Many people from different parts of Ghana and Africa, come to the market in other to buy and sell. Though the town is mostly known to be a place where yam is been mostly sold in the market. But apart from yam you can get other things that you can think of the market. Because of the size of the market the market days comes three times in a week. There are many things that I can write but we will talk about it next time.
Conclusion
