I'm so glad I can get back to sharing posts on the Scouts page. I hope that all of you are in good health and protected by the almighty god. This is a post about my latest activity in scouting education.

Last Friday, I was invited to be a speaker at the 2021 Racana Member Candidate Basic Education and Training (DIKLATCAR) event. This event was organized by the IAIN Lhokseumawe campus scout movement. I was given the trust and opportunity to provide learning materials.

In this meeting I was asked to provide learning materials on Secretariat and Administration. Lessons take place in the afternoon for more than 2 hours. I gave this material to 13 prospective scout members of IAIN Lhokseumawe.

To note, this educational activity is carried out in the form of a camp. The learning process takes place both indoors and outdoors. This event has been held since November 24 - November 27, 2021.

The camp event which lasted for 4 days was the third stage of the process of accepting new members of IAIN Lhokseumawe scouts. This year IAIN Lhokseumawe scouts have 13 prospective members. This education will equip them to share knowledge and practice.

In addition, the educational method applied also aims to form mental, character and emotional physical strength for prospective new members. In this meeting I provide knowledge material about administration. This learning is very important, because the benchmark for the success of an organization is measured by how the administrative management process is.

If the administration is managed properly, it will be fundamental in the development of the organization in order to achieve the goals of the organization. Likewise, the important role of a secretary is to manage the administration well. So through this learning, they have been equipped with the knowledge of financial management and administration.

The learning process takes place outdoors by relying on a platoon tent belonging to the Indonesian Air Force. In this tent we learn and exchange ideas. I myself have more than 5 years of experience in managing and assisting the administration of scouts at IAIN Lhokseumawe.

In addition, I have also filled out learning materials on scout administration several times. Participants in this activity consisted of ages 19-20 years who were scout members at the Pandega level. The scouting movement at the IAIN Lhokseumawe campus has been established 11 years ago and has produced dozens of the best graduates.

The learning process at this meeting took place communicatively and educatively. I try to always interact with the participants and communicate to exchange ideas. Efforts are made to find learning objectives so that they understand the material presented.

Sometimes they also ask me about the experience and scientific theory about administrative management. I give my best experience and share my knowledge with them. Where each of them is part of the prospective members who will work to manage this plan.

I feel very happy to be able to share my experience with them. This is the newest part of my scouting life. Dedicated to creating a generation that will bring about greater change for a better life and a more beautiful world.
