Greetings to every member of this community, I am very happy to take part in week 4 of the season 13 engagement challenge, Titled Age is not just a number. Let's delve into the main point on ground.

I love my structure because even though I am old, I look younger. For some, the reverse is the case. Many people feel discouraged because their size doesn't match their age. For some, they look bigger than their age, for some they feel younger than their age. I learnt earlier than in other countries it is disrespectful to ask a woman for her age because some women we find attractive could be older than us and being sceptical about her age we may likely retreat from creating a conversation and in the process make the woman feel bad, and from my reasoning that could be the major reason for disallowing asking a woman of her age.

Are you proud of the age you are? or are you one of those who take off or put on age?

In my country there is what is called a declaration of age, the process is an act of reducing one's real age to another, we find a set of individuals who wanna look younger than they are, and this desire could be accompanied by bleaching of the skin by an average woman among others. I am very proud of my age, I am against the idea of age declaration.

Is it really the same to be 20 years old than 65?

There is a big difference between age 20 and 65, though an individual aged 20 may consider himself a full-fledged adult, the experience at age 65 is more than the later. It is advisable that at this age you are an elder who should have obtained enough experience to advise, mentor and teach others.

How old would you like to be right now and why?

I seek a backward rewind in life because I am not happy with the way things are going, something I feel I should back down, but no, a lot of people are looking up to me. Presently the age I would love to be right now is 16, though my present age has little difference from age 16 but I would love age 16 because for me it would be a perfect age to start afresh.

Do you agree with the special treatment of the laws for older people?

I don't think there should be special treatment for older people, because it is a factor that will increase the crime rate in our society.

Do you think 18 is old enough to be considered an adult?

In our contemporary society, age 18 is a moderate age to be called an adult, I feel like it should be reduced because I see a lot of crimes committed by the underaged and are made fugitive because of the age factor. The fact is that at age 16 there should be an active conscience acting within an individual and any crime committed at this age should be punishable by the law. Since 18 is accepted I go with it.
