I am a believer that we are all energy and we position ourselves according to our level of consciousness at a certain frequency

I agree with you here that yes we are all energy and we position ourselves according to our level of consciousness which is our thought. For us to be conscious of something we must have had a thought about it at a certain frequency which is the time.

Our minds can be controlled by us if we choose but sometimes we allow our thoughts control us t sone level of frequency.
