How many languages do you speak? Which of them are your native languages and which ones have you studied?

For language, I master several languages ​​such as my mother tongue, Acehnese, Indonesian and English. Especially for the current English language is no longer fluent. This is the influence of the fact that I don't often use this language in communicating.

Aceh language is the language that comes from the area where I was born and is the mother tongue. Meanwhile, Indonesian is the unified language in the country where I live. Meanwhile, English is a language that I learned by participating in English training for six months. Participate in training to strengthen my English speaking skills. Language training as well as real practice that I had to pass at that time. This language training took place in 2009. The emphasis is on communication.

In addition to participating in continuous English training for six, which was a language class program held by the government especially to improve language skills for elementary school teachers at that time.

This pattern is done to improve skills and of course so that the participants are able to communicate well using English.

I tried to learn other languages ​​especially Gayo and Minang languages ​​by talking to my aunt. And this cannot be easily mastered, especially the Gayo language which I had to learn directly when I returned to my aunt's house who lives in the Gayo highlands.

Likewise with the Minang language, but for this language I can learn online and sometimes directly talk to people who come from the land of Minang, West Sumatra.

In addition to the ones you already speak, what other language would you like to learn?

Next, I want to return to deepen my mastery of English so that it becomes even better. Meanwhile, the language I want to learn is Arabic. This is to make it easier for me to study the sciences related to the religion that I profess. Even though I have never learned this language before.

Because I haven't studied Arabic for a long time, I learned the language a few years ago, even if only a little. It just disappeared, so I needed to study diligently both languages ​​which play an important role in communication between people.

Actually there is no language that is difficult when we want to learn it diligently and continuously. By continuing to learn about a language, he will master that language. Because everything requires a process, it's best to keep learning the language we want to master.

The point is never to say that the language we learn will be easy for us to master. Indeed, there are language rules that are difficult for us to learn, but we can find a way out to be able to master the language quickly.

Why do you think it is important to master several languages?

In a world that is already in the 21st century, learning several languages will make it very easy to have direct communication. Thanks to advances in technology, we are no longer faced with difficulties in learning a language. In essence, we can learn about a language very easily.

Nothing is difficult, unless we do not want to learn it. We must always update language skills, if our abilities really need time to continue learning. Understanding a language will be very easy to get along with, especially on this very powerful platform.

We must develop language skills so that we reap results in the future. Whatever happens today is a reflection for the future. If we don't try to master several languages, especially international languages, then don't expect that we will be able to compete with the language skills of people from other countries.
