My Experience in Following The Scoutmaster Course Part 2
Hello my friend's.. It's nice to be able to greet all of my #Steemian & #Scouts friends, today I want to continue the story part 2 from day 5 until the closing of the Basic Level Advanced Scoutmaster Course (KMD) activities.
As I said in a previous post, https://steemit.com/hive-181136/@musscout/my-experience-in-following-the-scoutmaster-course the Basic Level Advanced Course for Scouting Scoutmaster (KMD) in Islamic boarding schools in Aceh, which took place on November 24 and ends on November 30, 2021, of course with the aim of giving birth to scoutmaster. reliable and full of responsibility towards students. Even so, it is very unfortunate because there are some parties who try to take personal advantage by making several narratives which in fact are not in accordance with the original activities, even those parties do not participate in the course activities.
Okay, back to the laptop!!! Continuing the story on the fifth day, after doing personal activities, we were directed to get ready for the next activity, namely EXPLORATION. The atmosphere in the morning was quite cold and still in rainy conditions, and required us to wait for the rain to stop for almost 1 hour. Exactly at 10.00 WIB, a pickup car arrived, using a car belonging to the Indonesian National Army (TNI), after traveling by car & we were dropped off in the middle of the trip which required us to walk for almost 2 hours.
At exactly 12.30 WIB, we finally arrived at the Iskandar Muda Regional Military Regiment (RINDAM IM) for the Aceh Region. As soon as we arrived, we immediately made our own bivouacs as a place to rest until tomorrow, even as a form of how we applied the Survival Technique material.

In this exploration activity, we were taught some scouting skill materials, including:
- Rigging (Knot)
- Panorama, and so on
In the evening, we had discussions with several trainers about some of the problems that occurred at their respective bases, with the aim that there was a way out of these problems to be better in the future in educating scout members.
On the sixth day, in the morning it remains as usual, namely breakfast & other personal activities. After that, we climbed Mt. BATOK which is not far from where we made the bivouac. Arriving at the top, we did a photo session together while enjoying the beautiful view of the city of Banda Aceh and its surroundings. Before entering the lunch schedule, we all returned to the course place, right at 14.00 WIB to 17.00 WIB, we did Micro Teaching Practice or Coaching students. In the last night, we took the Post Test exam, after that there was a Happy Night with some prank scenes from the Scout Coaches and Evening Reflections.
The seventh day, Closing Ceremony of the course. Several series of activities at the closing ceremony were the announcement of some of the best participants from each team and at the same time taking a photo together's.
