Hello good day to you all. I hope you are doing great. My regards to @hive-181136 for this great contest. Here, we are here to talk about values and it’s important in the society. Let get started.
Individual beliefs that inspire behavior are referred to as values.They serve as a model for how people should act.Most of the time, people are more likely to follow the values they were taught.Because they are the values of their particular culture, people also tend to believe that those values are right.
Our sense of right and wrong are reflected in our values.They aid our development and growth.They assist us in creating the desired future.Our values are reflected in every decision we make.Because they play a role in shaping the minds, worlds, and actions of society, the values are crucial.Values aid in personal development which contribute to the creation of the desired future.
Every individual and every organization is a part of hundreds of daily decisions.Your mutual beliefs and values are reflected in the choices you make. There will always be a specific goal in mind when making these choices. The fulfillment of individual or collective requirements is this purpose.When making decisions based on the values, it is decided in advance to concentrate on things that are significant to each other.A group's internal cohesiveness is strengthened when values are shared.
Your personal values are what distinguish you from others in your community, culture, or society.You see them as the ideal behavior, like being patient and being honest.You probably have some life principles that help you make decisions, set goals, and generally feel good.Your steadfastness, humility, sincerity, kindness, honesty, and selflessness are all values that defines you.
You can use your core values as filters to help you make good choices.Using my values, I determine whether the things on my daily to-do list are the right ones for me to do.For instance, I check to see if each task meets my core value of Impact each day.I want to be confident that everything I do will yield the best results with the least amount of effort.Your day will run smoothly and effectively if you ensure that everything you do is in line with who you are.
When core values are incorporated into your conversation, they take on a whole new meaning.Value-speak can be used to express yourself even in casual conversation.I frequently use the term consistency to explain why I must adhere to my own writings even when it feels unnatural. Consistency is one of my values.You won't have to keep reminding yourself which of your values you are constantly forgetting if you make them an important part of your everyday vocabulary.
•Envy:Because the person who carries it has strong desires to have or do the same as another person, it is one of the most harmful anti-values that exists. An example of this would be a desire to have the same brand of car as a friend.
•Violence:It is defined as an unfair act that causes someone to be offended or hurt, sometimes through excessive physical force, such as when a mother corrects a child for making a mistake.
•Disrespect:Respect is the opposite of that.,A clear example of an anti-value is when a child raises his voice or responds negatively to his parents. It is also defined as an anti-value that violates the practices of good behavior and ethics toward another person.
Over time, people's individual values typically change. Your priorities in high school probably differ from your priorities in retirement. Additionally, each person's personal values are unique to their journey because these morphing values change in response to their experiences.
We do have major and minor life experiences over time that shape our worldview and, by extension, our values.Events like starting a new job, having a child, or taking up a new hobby are all good examples of things that can shape your perspective on the world and your values.

Cómo bien dices, los valores son esas creencias que nos orientan a tener un comportamiento bueno o correcto, sobretodo en el contexto social, ya que para mantener una armonía con otras personas es importante ser respetuosos, honestos, trabajadores y tolerantes.
