SCOUT - Activity "BASIC EXPERIENCE COURSE" [Steem On]

Today I am back to contribute to the scout community page that we love so much, hopefully this can be a place for us to share experiences between me and scout friends around the world and also friends in this community. For someone who has a scouting spirit, of course, he is very interested in the various activities carried out by Scouts. Therefore, I believe that on this community page there are many scout members who are interested in positive activities which I will share later in my post.

As we know that scouts are still one of the mandatory extracurricular activities that must be followed by all students at school. from elementary school to high school. even at the university level there are still scouting activities. So from all walks of life, of course, take advantage of this scouting activity as a place for self-development, character development and training one's skills. Because every scouting activity has a positive value that is beneficial for all of us, especially for those who are involved in scouting and even benefit the people around them in the community.

I as a scout member at one of the schools in North Aceh was given the task by the principal to educate and train students about scouting. in one week the principal requires only 2 days of scouting activities. This activity is carried out in a hall in the school. It is undeniable that many schools in Indonesia carry out scouting activities on the days leading up to the weekend, to be precise on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

As for the activities that we carry out, namely "BASIC EXPERIENCE COURSES", which aim to improve character and noble character, each school has a different time for training activities. but where I teach, the principal gave me the freedom to choose my own time, so I took the initiative to take the time to make this event and also while practicing scouts only on weekdays, this is to divide my time so that on weekends I can take advantage of time for vacation.

In addition to scouting training at school, we occasionally make contact with other schools so that we can do joint exercises or we also call it joint training, this is done to stay in touch with other schools. In addition, joint exercises were held to share knowledge and creativity with other schools.

For children who joined this event it was very fun, they could get to know each other from one school to another and by seeing the various creativity made by scouts in other schools could open their minds, so that in the future they would be more creative and active in the practice. the goal is just to show the ability or the best skills they have to other schools.
