Today, I am participating in Scouts sus Amigos Community Engagement Challenge Session 13 and Week 01. The topic of week 01 is "Powering my account with Scouts Power." I hope everyone will like my writing.

An important reason for my power-up:
Powering up increases engagement. If the power-up is high, I can motivate the author by upvoting good writing. If my power-up is high, then my voting power will be high.
The Steem earned through my power-up stays on the Steemit platform. I mean, taking Steem down means Steem down. Steemit platform is stronger with my power up. I sincerely want to improve the Steemit platform, so I power up Steem.

I have been powering up all my Steem. I want to strengthen my ID on the Steemit platform. I follow the most senior members of the Steemit platform. Their power-up is very high. I also want to have a power-up like them one day. One time, I can get Dolphin, Double Dolphin, or Triple Dolphin.
As an example, let me talk about my Bangladesh. The currency of our country is Taka. Bangladesh Bank is the source of that money. Bangladesh Bank has an account of how much money has been withdrawn from the bank in Bangladesh. That money is going abroad in different ways. This is creating a money crisis in our country. The value of money is decreasing.
The Steemit platform has Steem. The more we power up. Steem will remain on this platform for much longer. As a result, Steem will not have a crisis. Steem will be stronger. We will benefit if Steem is strong. So, I want to take Steem to a stronger position by power up.
I usually power up once a week. I am a new user, so I power up all the Steem I earn every week. It's nice to be able to power up Steem. Because I want to improve my ID. I like strong ID. So, I usually power up once a week. But when I accumulate 20 Steem, I power up before the end of the week.

My ID Present Status
My wallet has 12.903 Steem deposited. I will power up 12.00 Steem from here. I first log in to my Steemit ID and enter the wallet. Then I click the button to the right of my earned Steem. Then click on the power-up option. Earned Steem in my Wallet is 12.903, and power up is 1,881.568 Steem.
Then the Convert to Steem power box is showing. Here, I have written the amount as 12.00. Then click on the power-up option.
Then, the Confirm Transfer to vesting box is showing. Click the OK button in the box.
Then, the Sign to Complete Transfer box is showing. Here, I use the active key from my PDF password. Then click on the sign-in option.
Then, after waiting for some time, my wallet is showing. I can see Steem 0.903 and Steem power 1,193 deposited in my wallet. That means I have now powered up 12 Steem.
My next power-up goal is to get the first dolphin. Then, I want to achieve double and triple dolphins. I am a new user, so the first goal is to earn my first dolphin by posting quality posts. One day, I will achieve my goal hopefully.

I want to acquire the first dolphin within the next six months. I have learned so far as a newbie. I know about Steemit, so I want to earn my first dolphin very fast by posting quality.
The steps to increase my Steem power are as follows:
- I am trying to increase my post quality.
- I try to post one or two every day.
- I am trying to increase engagement with seniors and all users of the Steemit platform.
- I am following the ID of the seniors of the Steemit platform and learning from them how to post quality.
- I am participating in the engagement challenge and trying to earn Steem by participating in various contests so that I can achieve my goal by powering up.
