Your insight about autism is well understand as it add extra difficulties/burdens to the family who their child got afected and according to your experience through your wife dealing with such people as speech therapy, you've found out that life becomes challenging both on emotional, social, and financial level. Your auntie child must have suffered from this terrible disease and I believe that it was painful to you and the family. For sure, the world would be much better if all diseases are eradicated.
