What have been your achievements so far (sports, social, academic, work, personal, etc.)?

My achievement so far is the level of academic achievement that I have obtained. In terms of academics, I have so far achieved my first degree and have also completed my one-year National Youth Service, which is a mandatory program for all Nigerians, including those that study abroad.

Becoming a graduate in Nigeria is never easy, which one needs to thank God for. With the level of academic achievement that I have attained, I can work in any government parastatal or top multinational company, and I am so grateful to God Almighty for this great achievement.

What has been the most significant? How hard was it for you to achieve it?

The most significant is my first degree, which is a stepping stone to other degrees like a master's degree, a PhD, and professional qualifications. As I earlier said, becoming a graduate in Nigeria is never easy because one has to pass through stress, hunger, treatment, strikes, and other things that students do encounter while schooling to achieve it.

While pursuing my first degree, it took me five good years after I had spent 12 years in both primary and secondary school. You can imagine spending 17 years in school trying to achieve a first-degree certificate. To cut a long story short, it was hard for me to achieve it because I spent sleepless nights reading and my time and money paying for school fees, printing, and doing other things before I graduated.

What has been the one you have had the hardest time reaching, and why?

It is my NYSC certificate that I have had the hardest time reaching, and why? Because it is the final stage where I had to call myself a complete graduate. The program is a must for every Nigerian graduate. Without the certificate, no one will give you a listening ear when searching for a job in Nigeria, be it government or private.

The certificates are what qualify someone to start seeking jobs in Nigeria, and the reason why it was the hardest to reach was the number of years that it took me to reach it. After my graduation, I spent 6 months at home before I went to NYSC orientation camp, far away from my home, and spent 1 year full of training and teaching work before collecting the certificate.

What is your next goal to achieve?

My next goal is to have the company I dream of and to achieve my ICAN certificate. Becoming a professional accountant has been my dream, and as an accounting graduate, it would be of additional advantage to me if I could become a professional (Chartered) accountant.
