Steemit Engagement Challenge S5W5 | "My Values."
I am feeling very nice to participate in this "Values Theme Challenge" by Scouts y sus amigos community. I am thankful for organizing such kind of Amazing challenge, that every user spread and write about their values. Then many interesting things comes out. Also it's easy for users to get involved in reading through other participants.
I will be very happy by answering the questions asked for the participation posts. This will be challenging as well as exciting to write.

Why are values important in society?
Values
Our values are the things and actions that we believe are important in our daily life and work. These values help us to tell what changes have happened in our life and what is the role of these values.
Values reflect our right and wrong character, and they are so important that they can make our future happy or bad.
Values Importance in Society
All the decisions that are made in daily life, and the actions that are taken for the future of those who develop, are very important. The role of these values is important there. Likewise, values are essential, with every decision we make being positive and negative.
Thus values are important to a society. Because society is made of human beings, it is made of people. So when everyone passes values, there is no denying the importance of values in our society.
What do you consider to be the values that define you?
Values are very important to reflect a person. It shows how bad that person is, how big, how good, how small, etc. So there are some values that reflect me and which I think I should improve. The first thing among them is to beautify one's hereafter, and then to beautify one's world. Work hard for it. My measures to beautify the hereafter are not as they should be, similarly, the measures to beautify the world are not as they should be.
That is why I consider these values very important which reflect my character. Like being very nice, loving children, others, getting along with others, thinking well of others, etc.
Respecting elders. Keep doing your job. Don't talk too bad about anyone, avoid unnecessary meetings. These are all my steps that I try to adopt to make both of our futures better. And I consider them very important and try to improve them.
In what circumstances of your day do you apply them?
I work teaching young children. Even when I get angry, I try not to hurt them. It helps me to emerge as a good personality among children. Yes, they must suffer to prevent the wrong, and to read the right. Similarly, I respect my elders, whenever I meet them, and try not to complain to them. But I am not afraid to speak the truth. If the elders are seen to be doing wrong, I also scold them.
Wrong is wrong. Then you play a role in it or not. Whether you are a participant or a victim, whether you are right or wrong. So these values are very important in such places for every human being to build a good personality.
What are the anti-values that you have witnessed the most?
Rudeness, quarrels, and drunkenness. These are common things that every individual observes. So many such anti-values are encountered but less. Most of them face rudeness and drunkenness. Such people do not know why they are bent on ruining themselves. And also harass their family, cause them shame and damage their values.
They neither care about their future nor their family's future, neither live nor let live. Drunk people especially. Likewise, watching movies, and watching too much, can also hurt your values. Can distract you from your goal.
Do you think values change or go out of style?
If someone is adopting good values, his values may not change significantly, but his values may improve. Help him to make his next future happy. Likewise anti-values don't necessarily stay in a person, they are easy to get rid of if you try. And hard work is a condition.

Buen día, estos antivalores que aquí nombras son muy frecuentes lamentablemente cada quien es dueño de sus actos y si quizás estos afecten a los que se encuentren en su entorno pero una persona sin valores no le importará el projimo.

Los valores son de suma importancia para desempeñarnos en la sociedad, usted se da cuenta de ello ya que enseña a niños, por lo que siempre es observado, de manera que hay un gran peso en la enseñanza, pues siempre estará siendo observado por los pequeños que seguirán su ejemplo, de manera que los valores que muestre serán vistos por todos.

Definitivamente los valores son muy importante en la vida de las personas, estos son características que nos permiten comportarnos de forma correcta y a no hacerle daño a nadie.
Estos no se adquieren de la noche a la mañana, es un trabajo que realizan los padres o los cuidadores de los niños y durante muchos años se dedica un esfuerzo en enseñarles a hablar, a dirigirse a otras personas e incluso a reaccionar ante diferentes situaciones.
Tienes una responsabilidad muy grande al trabajar con niños, tu eres un ejemplo y modelo a seguir asi que puedes transmitirle la importancia de ser buenas personas, honestas, trabajadoras, educadas y responsables.
