I think it all works better when the weather is nice and dry @blessedlife. It rained part of the day here so I didn't venture out either.

Some days are rainny here in my city, but we were lucky to enjoy a sunny day in a park under the trees protecting us. The weather is important to make this kind of activities succeed outdoors.
