My Scout Cunning. Steemit Stake Challenge Week 2 by @ebuahsang1

Hello steemians. Happy Sunday to you all. It is a lovely day to be alive. Today the 19/06/2022 I join the rest of the Steemians worldwide to participate in an amazing contest organized by this community. It is very important to take care of our surrounding and environment. And so I am particularly happy with this contest to showcase some of the things I do to dispose of plastics that are no longer in use. In this post I will be showing a step by step procedure of how to use waste containers to preserve and protect mother earth than just throwing it away.

We do know the importance of recycling. It is necessary that we look for ways to recycle containers that are no longer important to us. Recycling as we all is the process of converting things that had previous use into new use instead of discarding it. Most times than not we turn to damage our environment with these things like containers, bad dresses, nylon's etc. Today as I earlier mentioned, I will convert these containers that are no longer useful to pots for plants.

MATERIALS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR SCOUT CUNNING

The follow materials are required.

• Containers
• A knife
• Soil
• Water
• Seeds.

Now that we have everything we need for the activity, let's dive into the process proper.

PROCEDURE

• Step one

The very first step to the look for containers. In this case, I do have four containers that are bad. I will be using them to carry out this exercise. I wanted to dispose of them because I could no longer use them to store water in them as you can see from the image below

• Step two.

The next step is to cut the containers into two half. This is so that I can be able to put in the soil that is required. So I take the knife and carefully cut the containers into two. I try to make it at the middle.

• Step three.

After cutting the containers into two. We need to fill it with ground. Remember I want to use the containers to plant spice that are used for cooking in my Country. So I did fill the containers with soil.

• Step four.

After filling the four containers with soil, the soil was a little strong. But thank God this is tye raining season so I only had to water the soil abit to make it moist.

• Step Five.

Step Five is the finale step which involve planting the seeds that we have. As you can see from the images I have provided below, this is an activity I do alot, using waste buckets and containers for gardening. So most of the seeds needed were already in the garden.

So this is an activity that I frequently do and it is very helpful to my family. We no longer spend huge sums of money to buy spices when we want to prepare food in the house. This is a really useful way of recycling containers that are no longer in use.

CONCLUSION

As you can see from the explanation above, this was as a pretty amazing activity to do. I did enjoy myself in doing this and I am happy knowing the help this will give to my family.
