HOW TO PREPARE SOURSOP TEA AND DRINK

Step1:
Boil 1 liter of water, then chop 15 soursop dry leaves (fresh or dried, both have the same value) and 1 tiny stem into small pieces and add to the boiling water.
Step2:
Don't close the vessel as you continue to boil the water evaporates 500ml
The soursop tea can now be consumed.
Drink one cup (165 ml) of hot, warm, or cold filtered soursop tea three times a day in the morning, afternoon, and evening..
For a better test, you can add 1/2 spoon of lime juice and some honey. (not sugar)

Soursop leaves side effects
