Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W2 / 3 images, one story

Greetings! I hope you all are doing great and enjoying this beautiful season. Today, I am going to participate in the Week 02 contest of the Scouts y sus Amigos community and the topic of discussion is 3 images, one story. So, let's start my story that is so emotional. I promise when you will read out you will be so emotional.

At the age of seven, she was just a bud waiting for her time to bloom and become a beautiful and pretty flower. She wanted to conquer the world. It seemed so easy to her, just a few steps and the world would be hers. She was a cheerful person and had the brightest smile on her pretty face. The colours seemed to be bright to her and started lighting up the night. Little things were big joys for her. Giggles, laughter and joy seemed to surround her all the time. Her little brain would capture all happy moments and can make memories with it. What could be paradise when she was living in one?

Some years later, she lost the spirit to achieve everything. She lost many people who were close to her, many hobbies that she was fond of. Her favorite colors turned from red and pink to black and white. She lost her passion and enthusiasm to explore life. She was lost and alone for many years and no one was there to notice that. The stars did not light up the night anymore. The colours were not bright. Everything became meaningless. She looked at others and thought maybe this was adulthood, where all adults became worried, gloomy and anxious in their lives. No one seemed to look happy and peaceful, just like a lost start. Which got separated from the constitution. Her days were gloomy and nights were restless. Did happiness actually exist or was it all a lie to comfort others? This was the question in her mind all day.

While staying in the darkness for a long time, one day she found out that the happiness she was evoking was inside her. While she kept on looking for it. This was the first time she got introduced to self love or self care. And this was the first time she found out that it is myself who keeps me happy. She was no longer dependent on others. She was there to console herself. The world was not strong anymore. The colours were bright again. The soft air, smooth petals, meowing kitten, giggling of children and birds chirping everything seemed different to her. Everything was bright and meaningful. That's when she started teaching others what self care is! She is the light now who was showing paths to others. People around her admired her and we were happy. Through their happiness, her own happiness increased.

The meaning of happiness is different now. That's when she found out that she was not a bud anymore. The little bud was now a pretty beautiful flower. She realized that not always someone can stay by your side in this world so cruel, dark and wild. That's when you are to test yourself. That's when you measure your strength. That's when you realize that neither some superman nor any spiderman will come and light up a lamp to save you from this darkness. You know, that's when you figure out that you have to be your saviour yourself because there is no here in this universe but you! When you realize this, that's when you'll free yourself from all those chains and shocks which stopped you from being independent, from being your own Hero.
