葱油饼食谱 / Chinese Flat Bread Recipe

I have tried my recipe for the last 2 weeks to make these Chinese flat bread with green onion.

This is the perfect dough as it makes the dough flaky and tasty.

Ingredients:

  1. 300 g flour
  2. pinch of salt
  3. 200 ml warm water
  4. little oil
  5. lots of green onion

The secret tip: Add warm water into the flour.

The warm water makes the dough soft.

Mix the above and let the dough sit for about 1 hour before flattening it.

Cover it with a lid.

After 1 hour:

Take the dough out and make it oblong shape:

Separate the dough into smaller ones:

Prepare a bowl of green onion:

Flatten the dough and make it thin so that your dough does not taste doughy.

Put oil over the entire dough.

Sprinkle green onion on top of the dough.

Roll up the dough and flatten it again:
