Chili Pepper Sausage

Ingredients: 400g pork intestine, 3 chili peppers, garlic, vegetable oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, water starch, pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate

Instructions:

1.Open the pork intestines, cut them into pieces, and boil in boiling water until cooked. Remove from the pot and drain.

2.Cut the chili peppers into thin strips; peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the sausage and chili peppers for a moment. Remove from the pan.

4.In the same pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine and soy sauce, then add the cooked pork intestine, chili peppers, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, and a little water. Bring to a boil.

5.Pour in the water starch to thicken the sauce, then cook until done.

Stir-fried Tofu with Minced Pork

Ingredients: Pork, fried tofu, carrots, garlic, oil, salt, ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil, broth.

Instructions:

1.Heat a skillet and add oil. When the oil is about 30% hot, add the marinated pork pieces and fry them until the surface turns transparent and crispy. Set them aside.

2.Add some oil to the bottom of the pan and stir-fry the white part of the garlic until fragrant. Then add the carrot slices and stir-fry them.

3.Add the fried tofu to the pan and stir-fry for a few seconds. Season with salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Pour in a small bowl of broth (about half the height of the ingredients) and let it simmer to infuse the flavors into the tofu. Spread the fried cheese cubes on top of the tofu, distribute the ingredients evenly in the pan, cover with a lid, and bring it to a boil.

4.Cook the fried tofu until fragrant (about 2-3 minutes). Uncover the lid, turn up the heat to reduce the sauce. Add chopped green garlic leaves and stir-fry them twice before removing from heat. The dish is now ready to be served and it should be fragrant.
