How to make Quanzhou Hehua Fish(做法)

1.Prepare a fresh fish, usually grass carp or carp. 2.
2.Wash the fish, remove the scales and guts, and then cut several times on the fish to make the fish meat more easily flavored.
3.Prepare the gram flour by frying it in a pot and grinding it into powder.
4.Spread gram flour evenly over the fish, covering the whole fish body and forming a golden color pattern.
5.Take a pan, heat appropriate amount of oil and fry the fish in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
6.Add water, cover and simmer until the fish is cooked through and the soup is thickened.
7.Finally, add the appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and other seasonings according to personal taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion as decoration.
