2.Simmer the stock: Put the pork bones into a pot, add enough water, bring to a boil and skim off the froth. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, so that the fresh flavor of the pork bone is fully dissolved into the soup.
3.Process the glutinous rice: Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then drain it.
