SteemCN 添加消息提醒
自从Partiko跑路后，很多人因此收不到消息提醒。
阿力@tanlikming和我提过多次，由于没有消息提醒，他不知道有没有人在帖子里面提到他。渐渐的，阿力也失去在steem上发帖的动力了
为了不让阿力失望，添加了消息提醒功能。目前还是初步功能，接下来会慢慢改善
进入https://steem.buzz，在右边新添加了“消息提醒”：
点击后，就会显示最近的提醒：
提醒包括：转发，转账，回复，提到，踩，粉
由于使用的是busy提供的API，所以提醒只能显示最近的25条，并且没有点赞的提醒
但是目前这几个类别的提醒应该足够大家使用
接下来会更新未读消息的提醒
