A few days ago was the Dragon Boat Festival in East Asian countries,
My family bought a lot of dumplings,

The 2 dumplings in the photo are the last two,

This meal is the last meal.

So bought this,
cheaper,

前几天是东亚国家的端午节，
我家买了太多的肉粽，
这几天的早餐和午餐都是吃肉粽，
照片中的这2颗肉粽是最后的2颗，
也就是说，
这一餐是最后的一餐。

馅料是小肉块和土豆还有小豆干，
馅料包的不是很多，
但米饭蛮好吃的，
所以买了这款，
比较便宜，
有先试吃过。
吃起来的感觉像是油饭。

光吃肉粽会比较膨胀气，
就是感觉肚子胀胀的，
肉粽的米饭比较不好消化。
一般人大概是吃2颗，吃3颗之后就会不好消化了。

所以我也买了香蕉，
吃完肉粽之后，
吃香蕉，
促进消化。

这个香蕉应该是采收比较久的，
有的地方都变黑了。
买回来之后，
有的香蕉我会用报纸包起来，
可以在多保存几天，
如果还是没吃完，
就要加入冰箱了，
我买的是熟透到快要烂掉的。
