March 31, 2020 Walking and running

Tonight
I head to this park to sport
Running on the sidewalk next to the park
After about 2 laps
Walk into the park
Walking walk in the park
Approximately 1.5 hours of sport

The walkways in the park are relatively small
The sidewalk outside the park is quite big

for safety
and so
I take a walk in the park
Jogging outside the park
Street lights havd open light inside and outside the park

Sky is dark
Not many people here
Only 2 ~ 5 people sport here

今天的晚上
我前往这个公园来运动
在公园旁边的人行道跑步
大概2圈之后
走入公园内
在公园内的走路散步
大概运动了1.5个小时

公园内的走道比较小
公园外的人行道就蛮大的

为了安全
所以
我散步在公园内
跑步在公园外
公园的内外都有路灯

天黑很阴暗
人没有很多
只有2〜5个人在这里运动
