This morning
I bought rice and braised eggs at the vegetable market
so it also is my lunch
Just
A bowl of oil rice and a braised egg
Both rice and braised eggs, I buy ready-made
You can also do it yourself
The method is very simple
DIY with Braised Egg
Put eggs in water
Cook with water
Peeling an egg shell
Put cooked eggs into gravy
Cook together
It's marinated eggs
This is a nutritious and healthy ingredient
Eat 1 egg every day
May prevent brain aging
But eggs have higher cholesterol
It ’s better to eat one a day
But the high cholesterol part is egg yolk
The protein part is OK
If you eat only protein, there is no limit

一碗油饭和一颗卤蛋
油饭和卤蛋这两样, 我是买现成
也可以自己作
其作法很简单的
卤蛋的DIY
将鸡蛋放入水中
用水来煮熟
剥除鸡蛋壳
将熟鸡蛋放入肉汁之中
一起熬煮
就是卤蛋了
这是一种营养健康的食材
每天吃1颗蛋
可以预防头脑的老化
但是蛋的胆固醇较高
一天吃一颗比较好
不过胆固醇高的部分为蛋黄
蛋白部分是OK的
如果只吃蛋白就无数量的限制
