河北省逾54萬人受災 涿州市防汛形勢嚴峻

京津冀等地暴雨成灾，在河北省，截至中午12时，已经造成9人死亡，6人失踪，超过54万人受灾。当地陆续启用7个蓄洪区，转移超过84万人。

在灾情严重的涿州市，防汛形势十分严峻。防汛抗旱指挥部表示，截至今早10时，涿州全市超过13万人受灾。

内地传媒报道，目前涿州全面停水，部分停电，城西水浸较严重，急需冲锋艇和一些精通水域的人员。有来自北京的救援队伍成员表示，涿州不少地方水浸超过一层楼，形容比北京房山和门头沟区的救援难度高。

Mainland media reported that at present, there is a total water outage in Zhuozhou, some power outages, and the flooding in the west of the city is serious. There is an urgent need for stormboats and some people who are proficient in the waters. Some members of the rescue team from Beijing said that many places in Zhuozhou were flooded with more than one floor, which was described as more difficult to rescue than in Fangshan and Mentougou districts in Beijing.
