香煎三文鱼:放小许盐腌二十分钟,冲洗一下,干水,用不粘锅煎到两面金黄色。铲起装盘,嫌太清淡可放小许盐调味料。个人喜欢煎炸食物加番茄酱中和一。

清烫白菜,花菜,翠瓜;用橄榄油,盐调味即可。薯条最好用空气炸锅做,用油炸太腻。下次放三两个小圣女果更出色。
