Hows it going ...So l'm back today with my intersecting post about sweet-potato.
Sweet potato,is super delicious and full of benefits. Sweet potato is a nutritious vegetable and also rich in fiber,beta carotene and vitamin E and C.
Sweet potato is widely eaten in winter..We called this shakarkandi in Pakistan.

Sweet potato is a good source of fiber,potassium ,iron and vitamin B-6,which is important for your heart and immune system..its also improve your blood sugar regulation also good for your skin. It helps to remove pimple and also help to skin clear. It is very fat free vegetable ...Good for your lung system also it detoix of bad food and heavy meals..Sweet potatoes help to provide your instant energy ..It also help to treat and prevent cancer,include stomach cancer,skin cancer..
Sweet potatoes are naturally sweet and the benefits of eating sweet potatoes are incredible.
In winter there are so many separate stall of sweet potatoes. It is roasted in the fire and then it is eaten by adding salt and lemon...Trust me sweet potatoes are so delicious .
Now i don't know how to get eat sweet potatoes in your country.
