Banana is everyone's favourite fruit and it has many healthy benefits. Banana are rich in iron. It has Vitamin B and B6. Banana is a less allergic fruit. 2 Bananas in Morning before breakfast is very good for health and it give you energy. It also very helpful for weight proton. So today in my post i tell you about the banana benefits and its shake procedure.

Healthy Benefits of Banana
1: Banana has strong benefits like it reduce blood pressure it also protect you from heart diseases.
2: Banana boost your brain power it also reduce depression.
3: It helps our bones grow strong and provide energy to our body.
4: If someone is smoking addicted then banana is a good source to quit smoking.

Banana Shake Benefits
This shake is not so heavy for your Stomach it's very easy to digest. The deadly combination of Banana and Milk provides your body Calcium, fiber, vitamins, protein and also give minerals.

Banana Milk Shake Procedure
High Protein Banana Shake with 4 ingredients.
1: 1cup of fat milk
2: 1medium banana
3: 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
4: Sugar as you required
Firstly add one cup of milk in your juicer. Now add a medium size banana and cut into small pieces. Then add a 1 and a half tbsp of peanut butter also add some sugar as you need then blend this well. Your healthy banana shake is ready.
