Hello everyone greetings to all members! How's it going....So today is my post about Ladyfingers. Ladyfinger is a common vegetable, and full of benefits. You can get ladyfinger from the vegetable market.
Ladyfingers is widely used in Pakistan. It is also made in our house. It is very tasty and very useful for our body.

Benefits of ladyfingers
This vege is a good source of Vitamin C and also high in Vitamin A. It has many benefits. High in fiber, Reduce risk of Heart disease. It also control Blood sugar level. It's also very useful for our eye sight and also control your weight. Ladyfinger is also very awesome for diabetes patients. Take two pieces of ladyfinger and end both sides ends. Now put a cut in the middle. Then put these two pieces in a glass full of water than cover the class with small plate and keep it over night. In morning remove the ladyfinger and drink it early morning, before breakfast. It's very useful drink for sugar patient. You will see the wonderful results in the reduction of your sugar.

Ladyfingers is used in our home. Today my mother made this health vegetable in lunch. I don't know the recipe because my mom makes it so Delicious. And I capture the recipe step by step in my mobile.
