Hope everybody is well? I am also well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah. We will discuss the benefits of figs.
Generally, figs are very useful for those of us who are worried about fat. Because its fiber keeps the metabolism in order and prevents the accumulation of fat in the body. Regular or moderate eating of figs helps our body to maintain the balance of sodium and potassium.
Prevents cancer:
Recent studies have shown that figs help prevent breast cancer in later stages of menopause. Incorporating fiber-rich figs into the diet has reduced the risk of breast cancer in 34% of women.
Beneficial for diabetes:
Just as figs are good for diabetes, so are fig leaves. In diabetes, patients often have to take insulin injections. Studies have shown that regular consumption of figs helps reduce insulin intake.
Helps in bone growth:
Figs are rich in calcium. Adherence to an extra high-salt diet releases a lot of calcium through the urine. The potassium in figs helps to prevent this calcium loss. Thus figs help in bone growth. Figs also help prevent bone loss.
Disadvantages:
Figs are rich in iron. When iron is reduced, our body loses hemoglobin, which is extremely harmful to the body. Figs keep the amount of iron in our body normal. But we have to take care so that we eat according to the amount.
