Today I want to share about the ornamental plant Bungong Ranub (Anthurium betel) which is being cared for by my sister-in-law at her house.
Bungong Ranub
Bungong Ranub or another language Anthurium betel or Anthurium radicans is now starting to be looked at again and includes ornamental plants at a premium price.
Bungong Ranub Has a height of about 30 cm with 7-10 leaves in one stem, this plant has a color that tends to be dark green even almost like moss green with large veins and veins. So, it looks sturdy but still elegant, luxurious and exclusive.
This plant is cared for in a pot, and is easy to carry anywhere you want.
This plant has its appeal to be in the shape of its leaves which are very beautiful, unique and varied.
Bungong Ranub usually lives as a parasite that is attached to tree trunks and lives at the bottom of the forest. And now it is being hunted by many ornamental plant lovers in our area (Aceh, Indonesia)

The reason is because the color of the leaves is very unique and attractive, no wonder the price can reach Rp. 1.5 million, equivalent to $ 15.
And this plant is very rare and rarely found because the development process is quite slow.
Bungong Ranub has a distinctive leaf type similar to the type of betel leaf, the characteristics of the leaves are larger when compared to the betel leaves we usually encounter.

In addition, Bungong Ranub has red stems with leaf shoots that are slightly red in color and become greener when they are mature. Its characteristic is in the shape of the leaves, the strokes are quite unique and beautiful.
