Greetings to all members and esteemed stakeholders. In this post I want to share education about the pomelo tree. I have a pomelo tree in my front yard that is growing big.

I have 2 pomelo trees that are thriving and bearing fruit. Initially this pomelo tree was planted from its young seeds. The pomelo tree is planted in the yard, so it makes the atmosphere more shady and protected from the hot sun.

The pomelo tree that grows in front of my yard makes the atmosphere more cool and beautiful, especially when the wind blows lightly. The pomelo tree has a single root that grows deep into the ground. The pomelo tree has a strong tree and trunk and stands strong even in the wind.

The single root is the main support for this tree, so that this tree is still intact and strong even when the wind blows. The trunk of the pomelo tree in my yard is about 25 cm in diameter. Branches and branches look very much and spread to various sides.

This tree generally has pointed leaves and has thorns on its trunk. The leaves are generally green, appearing light green for new leaves and dark green for old leaves. This pomelo tree is bearing fruit very much.

Pomelo fruit grows at each end of the tree branch, each branch there is a lot of fruit. Pomelo fruit originally grew from the pistil of a flower which later became a fruit. These flowers come out at the ends of tree branches.

Pomelo flowers have pollen and petals to protect them. This flower emits a very fragrant aroma, usually I smell the aroma of this pomelo flower at night. Pollen that grows then becomes a fruit.

Pomelo has a size that can reach a weight of up to 2 Kilograms. Pomelo fruit has a green skin. Pomelo fruit has very many grains, shaped like a citrus fruit.

The skin that covers the pulp of the fruit looks very thick. The inside of the skin of the fruit is reddish. This fruit has a sweet and sour taste. This pomelo fruit has fruit seeds that taste very bitter.

Pomelo fruit is a type of tree in the classification of citrus fruits. However, the size of the pomelo fruit looks bigger than the size of the orange fruit in general. So that this pomelo fruit looks more unique in its size.

In scientific language, pomelo is referred to as citrus grandis which is a type of orange that produces large fruit. If you look at the picture, the flesh of this fruit is light reddish in color and has water. Eating this fruit is by peeling the skin so you can see the flesh of the fruit that is formed until several waves act.

Pomelo fruit turns out to have properties that are quite good for our health. Like oranges in general, pomelos provide vitamin C and calories. In addition, there are also B vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, sugar, and antioxidants.

Pomelo is a plant that is very resistant to disease and can even grow even in dry areas. However, I still water this tree in the afternoon to make it more fertile. To reproduce the tree, it can be done by sowing the old seeds in the ground.

The care that needs to be done is, usually I often cut the branches if there are more and more. I made it more shady and neat looking. Cutting branches, will also grow new branches that react to the growth of new flowers and fruit.
