"Bungoeng Meuh" Plants Make Your Home Yard Beautiful and Cheerful

Yesterday afternoon I visited one of my family's houses in the village. In his yard I found several types of flower plants. Among the several flowers that exist, the Marigold flower type is quite attractive to me.

Marigold flowers in his yard consist of two types, namely orange and yellow. Scientifically based on my search on wikipedia, this plant is a family of Asteraceae. Marigold flowers that grow in the yard belong to the genus Tagetes.

This flower plant is included in the ornamental flower plant, very suitable when planted in the yard. The beauty of the flowers and the colors in this flower make the home page more colorful and give a cheerful feel. In Indonesia, this flower is referred to as the Kenikir flower.

In the Acehnese language, this flower plant is called by the name Bungoeng Meuh, which means golden flower. The radiance of such bright colors makes this flower look like gold, even more so with its golden orange flowers. This plant is usually planted in the yard or near the gate to the terrace of the house.

This flower will be more beautiful when planted in a compilation by mixing several types of colors. This is like planting flower seeds with a combination of yellow and orange. When it blooms, there are yellow and orange colors that make the colors more striking and with variants that make the atmosphere look bright.

This plant can grow up to about 60 cm tall with fibrous stems and roots. The trunk of this tree is at least the size of an adult's little finger. The leaves of this flower plant are light green with leaves shaped like fingers.

This plant is suitable for planting in areas that are easily exposed to sunlight. Because this plant is a type of plant that requires sunlight, so it is not recommended to plant this flower plant in a shady or cool place. It's best to plant it in an open area, such as in a yard that doesn't have a roof.

Planting this flower plant is very easy, namely by sowing dried flower powder. Flowers that have dried with a black color have seed powder that can grow into plants. Semailah in the soil that has been loosened and give watering in the afternoon.

This plant is a plant that is very easy to care for, does not require the help of fertilizers. Even in arid soil, this plant can thrive and produce beautiful colors with striking color gradations. Yellow and orange are beautiful basic colors that give a sense of joy and beauty.

Scientifically, many researchers say that this flower plant can repel mosquitoes. Meanwhile, according to the myth circulating in the local community, this flower plant is also effective in repelling the jinn. Although it has not been scientifically proven, this plant is believed to be able to repel ghosts.

The flowers of this plant have a very distinctive aroma and have a strong strong smell. If you touch the leaves or flowers, this plant will spread its thick aroma. In addition, these leaves and flowers can also be used as herbal plants for the treatment of diseases.

Utilization of this plant as a herbal medicine is by processing it first, such as squeezing water. This plant can be useful for increasing immunity, herbal remedies for throat, fever, fighting bacteria and free radicals. With various properties, herbal medicine can rely on this type of plant as a source of medicine.

This flower is believed to be a symbol of beauty, wealth and fame. Marigold flowers can also adapt to sunlight even in hot weather. Marigold is also a type of ornamental flower that has a selling value, besides being beautiful and useful for herbs, this flower also has economic value.
