Then below are the procedures on how to make my turmeric tea. And what you needed inorder to make it; Of course, a turmeric root crops and a glass of drinking water.

So these are the preparation and cooking procedures.

• You just simply wash the turmeric plant flesh (root crops) properly.
• Slice the turmeric root crops into thin pieces.
• Put it on the cooking pot or keetle.
• Then add a 1.5 glass of drinking water.
• Turn on the stove and cook it.
• Boiled it thoroughly inorder to made a turmeric juice.
• When the water turns to yellowish-orange colored.
• Set aside and kept it for a moment to make it cool.
• Pour it on a cup or a mug.
• And then this is now the finish product.
• Which it is ready to drink.

Wow, Turmeric tea :-) I´m a little Turmeric lover and i take it every day for eating. Unfortunately fresh turmeric is hardly to get in my country, so i use the ground one. But I guess, the fresh one is even better than the ground.

Glad to hear from you my friend. It is really good to drink turmeric tea because it has a lot of benefits for the body. Actually turmeric plant is just easily grown here in the Philippines. Maybe due to weather condition so that's why it is hard to grow their in your country. By the way, from where you are my friend? And thanks for stopping by..

From Germany. I think the low temperature while autumn and winter is not suitable for growing turmeric plant. Real summer time is mostly 3 months.

Hello my friend. My advice that it is better that it is only pure turmeric with no mixture.
