Rice Pumpkin

Rice Pumpkin is a very popular vegetable fruit in Bangladesh. There is a lot of demand for rice and pumpkin in Bangladesh. Rice pumpkins are usually planted in tubs in the backyard or on the roof of the house. In some cases it can even be seen in the jungle. Its offspring are propagated from place to place as a result of the production of trees from its seeds. Rice pumpkin fry is very tasty and very beneficial for the body. Again, rice, pumpkin, hilsa, fish and mustard paste can be added to it and cooked through a wonderful recipe. Which is dear to everyone.

Rice Pumpkin is a creeping plant. It grows by grasping bamboo twigs or other large trees. The leaves of the tree are green. And this leaf allowance can also be eaten. Which is very tasty. People in rural areas eat more of it. This tree has yellow flowers, like captivating the minds of impossibly beautiful people.

Rice and pumpkin can be eaten raw as a curry. It can also be eaten by making pumpkin pills after ripening and adding it to different types of vegetables. And it can be stored for a long time. Rice pumpkin pills are very popular in Bangladesh. Its demand is increasing day by day.

আসসালামু আলাইকুম। শুরুতেই গ্রুপের সকল সদস্য এবং প্রশাসনিক কর্মকর্তা এবং এডমিন প্যানেলের সকল সদস্যকে আমার অন্তরের অন্তস্থল থেকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও ভালোবাসা এবং অভিনন্দন। প্রত্যেকবারের মতো আমি আবারো ফিরে আসলাম আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন আরো একটি ব্লগ নিয়ে আমার আজকের ব্লগের মূল বিষয় হলো চাল কুমড়ো ফুল এবং এবং এর উপকারিতা, ফটোগ্রাফি যা আপনাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করবো আশা করি আপনাদের অনেক ভালো লাগবে।

চাল কুমড়ো

চাল কুমড়ো বাংলাদেশের অনেক জনপ্রিয় একটি সবজি জাতীয় ফল। বাংলাদেশের চাল কুমড়োর চাহিদা অনেক। চাল কুমড়ো সাধারণত বাসা বাড়ির আঙ্গিনায় বা বাসার ছাদে টবে লাগানো হয়ে থাকে। কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে এটি জঙ্গলেও দেখা যায়। এর বীজ থেকে গাছ গাছ উৎপন্ন হওয়ার ফলে যেখানে সেখানে এর বংশ বিস্তার রয়েছে। চাল কুমড়োর ভাজি অনেক সুস্বাদু এবং শরীরের জন্য অনেক উপকারী। আবার চাল কুমড়ো ইলিশ মাছ দিয়ে তার সাথে সরষে বাটা যোগ করে এক অসাধারণ রেসিপির মাধ্যমে রান্না করা যায়। জাপায় সকলের কাছেই প্রিয়।

চাল কুমড়ো গাছ একটি লতা জাতীয় উদ্ভিদ। এটি বাঁশের কঞ্চি বা অন্যান্য বড় গাছের গাছ কে আঁকড়ে ধরে বেড়ে ওঠে। গাছটির পাতা সবুজ। এবং এই পাতার ভত্তাও খাওয়া যায়। যা অনেক সুস্বাদু। গ্রাম গঞ্জের মানুষ এটি বেশি খেয়ে থাকে। এই গাছটিতে রয়েছে হলুদ রঙের ফুল অসম্ভব সুন্দর মানুষের মন কেড়ে নেওয়ার মতো।

চাল কুমড়ো কাঁচা অবস্থায় তরকারি যেমন খাওয়া যায়। তেমনি এটি পাকার পরে কুমড়ো বড়ি বানিয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের তরকারির সাথে যোগ করে খাওয়া যায়। এবং অনেকদিন যাবত এটি সংরক্ষণ করে রাখা যায়। চাল কুমড়োর বড়ি বাংলাদেশের অনেক জনপ্রিয়। দিন দিন এর চাহিদা বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে।
