My father planted garlic in his land. For home consumption and marketing. But when the plants grow after planting garlic, extra grass is born in the garlic field. I went to clear that extra grass and saw this beetle plant. However, if the tree is unfamiliar to me at first and then I search for it in Google and reveal its exact name. It is very beautiful to see the flowers and fruits of this Bhangraj tree.

Introduction to Bhungaraj plants:

Commonly known as False Daisy, Gunta galagarku, Karisalankani and Vringraj, a species of the Asteraceae family. It is spread across many parts of the world. This plant has cylindrical, gray roots. The solitary flower head diameter is 6-8 mm, like a white flower.

Soil and climate suitable for Bhungaraj:

Bhrangraj trees can be seen growing almost everywhere. These plants are usually born in tropical wetlands or slightly waterlogged muddy soils.

Planting trees:

Bhrangraj saplings do not have to be prepared separately. The cut part of the tree is placed on the main land. The land should be prepared on a good day before the monsoon. Moreover, in our country, this beetle grows naturally.

Attendance:

Bhrangraj plants need to be irrigated as required. Care should be taken to keep the soil soft and moist. Even if water accumulates at the base of the tree, the tree does not die. It is very important to keep the land free from weeds.

Crop selection:

The first crop can be selected within 150 to 180 days of planting Bhrangraj. The tree is collected from a little above, leaving a small part at the beginning. It is possible to choose the crop three to four times a year in 90-120 days.

Crop yield :

About 30 to 40 quintals per year per hectare of land is obtained from Bhrangraj dried tree. If 100 kg of raw beetle tree is dried, 30 kg of dried tree can be obtained.

The market price of dried tree is about thirty rupees per kg. The cost per hectare is approximately 30 thousand rupees.

The total income from the crop produced can be around Rs. 1,20,000. Annual profit per hectare can be 90.000 rupees.

Processing and preservation :

The cut bhrangraj tree is dried in the sun-shaded environment and made into bags for sale.

Benefits of Bhrangraj:

After sunrise, many people have headaches or pain in the hemisphere, in which case the juice of Bhrangraj leaves is rubbed on the scalp.The hair of the head is raised. If the juice of this leaf is applied on the scalp at noon or used in oil with the juice, the hair loss stops.
