Today I am going to discuss among you the benefits and cultivation of mustard in a very beneficial oil crop. Hope you like it a lot.

Cultivation

Mustard is usually cultivated twice a year in Bangladesh.
One is from May to August. The other is that it is cultivated between October and January. It goes without saying that it does not cost much.

After cultivating the land, 100 grams of mustard seeds have to be sown every century with a ladder with some amount of chemical fertilizer including cow dung.

After a while the seedlings will sprout. If the seedlings are a little big, they have to irrigate the mustard field. Since it is dry season, they have to irrigate three to four times.

When the mustard ripens, it turns brown and makes a rattling sound. After picking the mustard, the grains have to be spread.

Mustard has many benefits. It is an oily grain. These have to be extracted by oil in a machine or grinder. This oil is very beneficial for health.

It contains a lot of fats, Vitamin-A, Vitamin-E and many other nutrients that are essential for our health.

We use this mustard oil in curry. Besides, it is very fun to play mustard in murti and bharta.
