Top 10 Benefits of Gardening / A Worthy Habit

I've been reading books about habits, how they are formed and how it shaped us unconsciously.

and so I've been evaluating the hobbies that I have cause I wanted to make it as a habit.I wanted to make it a part of my daily routine.

How will you know if its a habit already?-simple, if you are doing it without pushing yourself to do it.

Now lets talk about how gardening is a worthy hobby and its Top 10 benefits(of course from my own experience)

• 1. Harvesting Lets not run from the fact that we do are doing gardening for the harvest, fruits and vegetables are a healthy addition to our diet.
• 2. Talking about health- It is also a form of exercise, We are also forced to go out early in the morning. So we are exposed to sunlight which is Vitamin D.
• 3. Meditation and Introspection- while the hands are doing their job the mind is also in zen
• 4. A sense of control- control is something we wanted to attain one way or another,By gardening we can lead that sense of control in a healthy way,If we exhausted ourselves to gain control in gardening, we can also stop manifesting control in situations we are not really in control with(that right there is toxic)
• 5.Creativity- Who says that we cant be our own landscape architect?, DIY's at its finest.
• 6. Discipline- Getting up in the morning, different schedules for different plants and trees.
• 7.Bond- We can join the family members in the activity, mommies include the kids, active activities is a must in a time where they are exposed to computers and smartphones.
• 8. Learning- A lot of new things are waiting for us to be learned to develop our skills in this arena
• 9. Income-And by learning and developing our skills, it might be our added side hustle that provides income.
• 10.Connection to nature - Who doesn't want to enjoy a connection with out mother Gaia, she provides thevery reason why we are alive.
