Hey guys! Assalaam o alaikum i hope You all are doing well. Today I am going to tell you about some of the plants that you have planted around your home most of the time in or around the school's Most Layer Garden.
So we are going to go into details about its advantages and disadvantages.

About plant

Aloe vera is a very succulent plant . It have about 500 different species, Aloe is widely distributed and have many types.It grows wild in tropical, semi-tropical, and arid climates around the world.i have also grown aloe vera plants in my garden they are of greeen colour and also soothes our mind.

Advantages:

For skin:

• it helps to soothe sunburns.
• Helps to moisturise the skin.
• It also helps in helaing of wounds.
• It also prevents skin .
• It reduces infection and acne.
• It helps reduce blemishes on skin.

For hairs:

• It helps in hair growth.
• It helps to reduce dandruff.
• It conditions your hairs.
• It helps to provide shine to your hairs.

With advantages aloe vera also have many disadvantages discussed below.

• Aloe vera contains latex. Some people are allergic to latex which can cause stomach issues.
• It can cause skin irritation, redness in eyes.skin rashes e.t.c.
• Drinking aloe vera juice can also drop your blood sugar level.
• laxative effect of aloe vera can also cause dehydration.
• In pregnant womens aloe vera juice can cause birth complications.
• aloe vera juice may lower the level of potassium in body.
• Aloe vera might interfere with livers detoxification process which can cause health complications.
• Stomach discomfort is the most common side effect of drinking aloe vera juice.
