Greetings to all the chefs in the house, I'm so happy to take part in this art in food contest, it makes me think a lot before I came out with a little idea on how to use fruits to make a beautiful flower. I never thought I could do it but as my friend will always say there is no harm in trying, the harm is in not trying at all.

I'm a lover of food and I love cooking but as I said, I never thought I could make art in food but I'm glad I made these beautiful flowers with some fruits.

Step 1: First, I washed my carrot and cucumber and allowed the water to dry.

Step 2: I divided the cucumber into two, then I slide it into two parts after which I slices it to get a half-plane circle shape.

Step 3: I used my hand to arrange the half-plane circle shape of the cucumber into a beautiful flower shape, then I placed it on the plates.

Step 4: Now I slices my carrots to get a small circle shape which I placed on top of the flower shape to give it a rose shape.

Step 4: I now cut a small part of the cucumber peel to make my flower stem, after which I placed it under the flower to give it a good look.

Step 5: I still use my sliced cucumber to design a leaves shape which I placed under the flower stem.

Step 5: Lastly I arrange the other slice of cucumber at the button part of the flower. Alongside the slice carrots to give it the real look of a flower in the ocean.

In conclusion, I must say that the contest has make me define the beauty of nature through flowers with the art of food.
