🍲Introduction 🍝
It is always important to maintain healthy nutrition because it keeps us fit and active, the source of energy and strength to the body is by eating Good food/diet. As a chef, I see it as a privilege to talk about healthy diet nutrition, what a good tough by the Steemit Iron Chef for such wonderful initiatives in this Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W1: tagged"Healthy Nutrition"

I shall be dropping my participation in this contest, I will also love to see @mjerry @josepha @jasminemary and @ishayachris also participate in this contest.

🍲What is healthy eating for you?🍝
Healthy eating can be seen as the act of eating Good food/diet which is beneficial to one mental, emotional and physical state of well-being and also helps to reduce the risk of disease to the body. The food we eat contains different classes of nutrient discharge to the body, the basic point of maintaining healthy eating is the individual ability to understand the balancing of diet when consuming food. Classes of food include protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, Fat, water, etc.

Different food may contain the same classes of nutrients, For instance, consuming yam and Rice gives the same nutrient to the body(carbohydrates). Healthy eating is the act of appropriate consumption of food that discharges different diets to the body.

🍲What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals, and vitamins to the body?🍝
The importance of balancing diet can not be overemphasized, Consuming minerals and vitamins help to build strong bones and teeth which support the body system and also help blood clotting and muscle contraction. They help the body to work properly, and support digestion and also growth.

Consumption of vitamins and minerals also discharges calories to the body, consumption of vegetable animal fats discharges VITAMIN A, D, K, and Consumption of fruit, vegetable, and milk discharges VITAMIN B&C along with other food consumption with different vitamin discharge.

🍲 Do you consider your diet to be healthy?🍝
Sure I do consider my diet healthy. I always watch my diet and eat appropriately, as a lady, I eat less fat and more fruit and vegetable to watch my weight and shape. I also take my exercise as part of my dietary activities and take a lot of water as well which is important and keeps me refreshed.

🍲Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?🍝
I consume fruits on daily basis, fruit gives me VITAMIN B&C aswell as folic Acid. Fruit help in digestion and it does not store in the body, so I need to have them more frequently. The excess fruits consumed are discharged through urine.

Fruit lowers blood pressure, and prevents the heart from diseases, it also boosts the appetite to enjoy a meal served which is why I consume it every day before or after my meals.

🍲 Detail from your criteria a healthy menu for the day, (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, drink, etc).🍝
For breakfast, I mostly like taking Coffee, and sometimes noodles and eggs. I like taking something light in the morning to be flexible while at work and also to feel refreshed. I don't like eating in the early hours of the day because it makes me feel weak and dizzy.

For lunch, I prefer eating white rice and stew with fish garnished with a fetish to gain some strength with my daily activities.

Lunch

I take fruit for dinners such as watermelon, oranges, bananas, and apples but my favorite fruit is watermelon. I take watermelon daily basis. Once in a while, I like corner chocolate but I don't often like junk food. As for drinks, I prefer water because every day before I retire to bed, I take water to feel refreshed and it washed out some waste from my system.

In conclusion, healthy nutrition is also a factor that makes us live longer. Health is wealth, eat healthily, and live wealthy. I make sure I take fruit after every meal and eat fewer carbohydrates I always watch my diet and I visit the doctor if I feel any pain or inconveniences with my body system.
