There are many different types of salad delicacies.We have fruit salad, vegetable salad to name a few.We will all love to consume what we see is important to our health, depending on the choices we have made.Typically in my country amongst varieties of salad available, the most consume.Vegetable Delicacies is fruit and vegetable salad.Focused onthe guidelines questions, I will be sharing my own experience below 👇.

In my country Cameroon we bless with variaties of foods.Vegetables and fruits are not an exception of the things found in Cameroon.I earlier mentioned what you will love to consume as salad will depend on you .Here is vegetable salad prepared by me for my family either as breakfast, lunch or dinner. I do this salad vegetables depending on what I want in a particular day.

Today I will be sharing a guideline based on how to prepare vegetable salad step step and mostly focused on the recipe we use in my country Cameroon.

Step1

Make sure your ingredients are put together to start the process. With vegetable salad you needs carrots, Cucumber, fresh cabbage either red or white cabbage .Make sure you wash them all with clean water.After slice them into desirable small sizes.

Step2

Wash the cabbage with vinegar inoder to remove the smell water that comes waterPut it in a drainer or colander to remove all the smell water.Reasons been that it can cause stomach disorder or constipation if not we’ll wash and drain.

Step3

Boil your egg depending on the quantity of the vegetable salad you want to make.Also make sure you carrot’s and tomatoes well washed and preserved.

Step 4

Take tray and place all your prepared and sliced ingridents inoder .You can start with red cabbage, carrot next, cucumber and egg on it.

Step5

Now prepare you salad cream, we have ingredients like liquid milk, vegetable oil, Mayonnaise, vinegar, white pepper and your desired Favour you wish to add.Here you can enjoy your vegetable salad .

I earlier mentioned my country Cameroon is bless with vegetable and fruits. It’s everywhere around you and easily to get.When you go to the market you see it everywhere,most farmers have harvested from their gardens to sell some.

Also, it grown in the farm by many people and most people even make a small garden just beside their various homes.For easy consumption there is always abundant of these vegetables salad any time needed just around you. We don’t import but with cultivate this in our country especially farmers in much quantities.Therefore, there is a enough for us to consume in Cameroon as Vegetables and fruits salad.

This will always depend on individual, some people love eating it alone just like that depending on the taste they want.With our accompanying it with other things.This is because they feel it good for them just like that alone salad.

As for me I don’t love eating it alone same like others.I usually love eating it with bread, cake , fried rice and meatpie .These listed above gives a very good combination for me .It’s so easy to swallow and it taste good .

In Cameroon the name given for this salad I have shared above recipe is generally called Vegetable salad .It’s made of variaties of vegetable with it salad cream.

Some people while might excluded of ingredients like egg or lettuce.Depending on what they love should be included in their salad .The right and a specific with a general name given for this delicacies salad is vegetable Salad.
