How are you my dear friends I hope everyone is well and I am also well by the grace of Allah Today I have come to participate in the last week of the In Steemit Learning Challenge Season 21, and today I will present a fun recipe here which is very delicious and everyone's favourite and according to the topic of today's class I will present here a delicious pudding fun recipe which I made in my way and for the first time I got my desired results which I will present now but let's go back without wasting your necessary time let's go back to the main episode.

Before marriage, my mother used to make almost this kind of flan which we call pudding and also my mother always likes to make pudding for my child but I have never made pudding myself so I had no idea about it but I have seen pudding made by and I know completely about how to make it which I have applied all my experience in my today's recipe and was able to make a successful pudding.

The Process of receipe
🍮 Step- 1 🍮
▧To make the pudding, first I prepared a suitable caramel for the pudding and, I first put a clean pan on the stove and there I added two spoons of sugar
▧then I added one spoon of water and after stirring for a while my sugar completely melted and there was a lot of foam
🍮 Step- 2 🍮
▧Then I took 250 ml of milk in a pot and thickened the milk to 200 ml with a little more mesh.

▧then I added the cooled milk,

▧ then I finally added half a spoon of vanilla essence, which is because of which there will be no extra strong smell of eggs here.

▧Then after blending, I will put it in a bowl and strain the blended milk parts well.

▧Then I prepared the whole milk mixture.

▧Then I will cover the pot well with a lid.

▧ Then I will put the pudding pot well on the strainer.

▧ After 45 minutes, I will lift the lid and check the pudding and for this, I will use toothpick .

▧After a while, when the bowl of pudding has cooled down, I will put the pudding in the refrigerator for about five to six hours

✓ Did you have any difficulty making your flan?.
Although this was my first time making this flan, I didn't have any problems with it, but I was worried that since it was my first time making it, I wasn't sure if I would get all the amounts right, so I was very worried about my final results and when I let it steam, I didn't know exactly how long it would take, but I still tried cooking it on low heat and it really turned out much better than I expected.

I know there are many more experienced people than me who are much more experienced in making this delicious pudding, but first of all, some tips that I want to give you to make flan are that while making the caramel of flan you must not give it too much heat, if you give it too much heat, it will be likely to become bitter, and if it is cooked on high heat, then we will get it ready in a short time, and if we want to cook it on low heat, then we will have to prepare it for a while longer, and also we will never prepare it for serving while it is hot, we must cool it for five to six hours or if we have time, after cooling it in a normal refrigerator for the whole night, can prepare it for serving.
